The administrative services of the Faculty are centralised in the offices of the Secretariat, located on the first floor of the Physics and Chemistry building. Tel.: 976 761000 (Ext. 1294, 3441, 3371 and 3372).
Public opening times:
Information: The Secretariat can provide information and advise about any issue or procedure related to the Faculty or the University. Most of this information, however, can also be found on the information boards at the office or from the general information boards of the centre.
Administrative procedures managed by the Secretariat include:
Students have the right to address the Dean through application to the Secretariat and, depending on the case, to address the Rector of the university. Applications should be made to the Registry of the General Secretariat of the University (Interfaculty Building -Interfacultades- Tel.: 976 761000).
