The Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zaragoza is going to organize an Immersion in Science Week for secondary school baccalaureate students. The activity consists of groups of students attending full-time activities of Departments of the Faculty where they learn the methods and characteristics of scientific work.

Academic year 11-12

The Immersion in Science Week for secondary school baccalaureate students will take place from 11th to 15th June 2012 in the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zaragoza.

• Registration form. 27th April 2012: Deadline for the receipt by the Faculty of registrations for pre-selected pupils from centres of secondary education.
• Forms with parents' or tutor's authorization to take part in the activities:
• Biotechnology
• Physics / Optics
• Geology
• Mathematics / Statistics
• Chemistry

A summary of the main instructions:

• Once they have been selected, students must confirm their participation in the Immersion Week before May 28.
• The students taking part must hand in an authorization signed by their parents or tutors to take part in the activities.
• June 11: Beginning of Immersion Week.
• June 15: Closing ceremony and handing out of certificates of participation.
