 Candidates should have a Master in Chemistry or related field at the moment of the incorporation to the group. Therefore, Master ́s students close to graduation can also apply. Chemists with good track record in organic/organometallic synthesis are invited to apply. 
 The candidates must be open to improve his/her synthesis skills and be able to approach challenging synthesis problems.
 Excellent communication skills are essential in order to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary team and to collaborate with other researchers.
