Seminario del Máster en Física del Universo (CAPA): “Soundscape of gravitational waves: a new tool to access the fundamental blocks of the Universe”.- Martes 21 de febrero
El próximo martes 21 de febrero de 2023 tendrá lugar en el marco del Máster Universitario en Física del Universo: Cosmología, Astrofísica, Partículas y Astropartículas y organizado por el Centro de Astropartículas y Física de Altas Energías (CAPA) el seminario de título “Soundscape of gravitational waves: a new tool to access the fundamental blocks of the Universe”. Será impartido por Diego Blas, investigador en la UAB (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona) y en el IFAE (Instituto de Física de Altas Energías), cuyas líneas de investigación son Física Teórica, Gravitación y Cosmología.

Resumen (en inglés): In this talk, current and future efforts to detect gravitational waves from Earth and space observatories will be reviewed. Diego will also emphasise the physical consequences of these searchers, in particular regarding fundamental physics (primordial cosmology, dark matter, modified gravity…)
